Product Inspection Policy
1. Definition
Order inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/items received in the shipment from necta.vn against the products listed in the customer’s order.
2. Time of Inspection
necta.vn allows customers to inspect their order together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes after receiving the goods).
If discrepancies are discovered after receiving the goods, customers may contact our Customer Service team for exchange or return support.
Note: Please record a video while unboxing your parcel for reference if needed.
3. Scope of Inspection
Customers are entitled to:
Count the number of items received and compare them with the order confirmation.
Verify goods according to the following criteria:
Basic product details: product name, quantity, and customer information on the order documents.
Product appearance consistent with the representative image saved at the time of order and confirmed by staff.
Restrictions during inspection:
Do not unseal or open products with security/guarantee seals.
Do not scratch or redeem codes on products that offer reward points or gifts.
Please refrain from opening or using products while the inspection process with us is still ongoing.
4. Steps to Take if the Delivered Goods Do Not Match the Order
If during inspection the products do not match the order, please contact our hotline: 0346.581.683 to speak with Customer Service for order confirmation.
If necta.vn delivers the wrong order, customers may refuse to accept and are not required to make payment.
For prepaid orders, customers may request a replacement order or a refund. necta.vn will process the refund at the earliest possible time.
